Product Manager

Charlotte Wassell - Product manager Charlotte has been working in school travel since 2002, sending student groups to a variety of exciting destinations such as Spain, Iceland and South Africa. Running the Performing Arts programme at STS Pavilion since 2007, she offers a wealth of destination and operational experience and a desire to create your perfect tour providing an educational, enjoyable and unforgettable experience for your students.
Charlotte also dances and performs with Masmoudi Dance Company; tribal & fusion belly dance based in Brighton, and is a student belly dance teacher.

Mary Bartle
Operations Administrator

Mary Bartle - Operations Administrator Mary has been with STS Pavilion for 18 months and oversees the administration of all our bookings. She has just moved over to our Sales Team where her knowledge and experience will be invaluable in advising you and creating your perfect tour.

Performing Arts Consultant & Senior Tutor (Drama)

Claire is Artistic Director of Periplum, an international theatre company specialising in site specific outdoor and indoor performance. Periplum have had shows commissioned by The National Theatre and festivals across the UK & Europe. Accolades and nominations include Edinburgh Fringe First Nominations 2000 & 2001, Guardians Critics Choice and Independent 5 Best Plays. She is a visiting lecturer at Northbrook College of FE/HE working on the BTEC, BA and Foundation Drama degrees and is Course Leader for the Foundation Degree in Site Specific Performance. Claire has been a Drama Tutor with STS Pavilion Tours since 1995 & became Performing Arts Consultant for the company in 2002.

Siou Hannam- Senior

Senior Tutor (Drama)

Siou is an international Street Arts performer and director. She is presently a part-time lecturer in Performing Arts at City College, Brighton and Hove and recently developed a Foundation Degree in 'Street Arts Performance'. She has performed with Divas, Improbable, Periplum and The World Famous, Xarxa Teatro (Catalunya) and Zik.(Israel). She directed and performed in Emergency Exit Arts' acclaimed large scale outdoor show, 'Runga Rung'. Siou was Performance Director of Skinning the Cat, combining aerial skills & physical theatre. She has worked with directors such as Leah Anderson (Cholmondleys) & Boris Howarth (Welfare State). Siou has been a Drama Tutor with STS Pavilion Tours since 1995.

Kate Durrant- Tutor- Dance Kate Durrant
Tutor (Dance)

Kate trained at the London Studio Centre where she gained a BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance. She was a member of Intoto Contemporary Dance Company, where she worked with Raphael Bonachela, Jonzi D, Maria La Ribot, Vivienne Newport and Michael Popper. She has danced with the Royal Opera, Dathe Dance Theatre, Turbulance Dance, Foot In Hand, Ruff Cut Dance Company and Sols Dance Company. She is currently a performer/tutor for Base Dance Company and an Education Officer and on the Contemporary Dance faculty for Bodywork Company Dance Studios in Cambridgeshire. Kate has been working as a Dance Tutor with STS Pavilion since 2005.

Peta Taylor- Tutor (Art) Peta Taylor
Tutor (Art)

Peta is a qualified art teacher with many years' experience tutoring in schools and leading workshops in Art Galleries, teaching from primary to sixth form level. Peta is also a professional artist, specialising in landscapes. She is currently a secondary school art teacher and freelance tutor for The National Portrait Gallery where she leads schools’ tours and workshops, having an extensive knowledge of the Collection, as well as an awareness of the relevant up to date curriculum requirements. She has tutored for STS Pavilion Travel
since 2006.

Marcia Donaldson – Lake Garda
An Italian resident since 2001, Marcia has been working with STS Pavilion groups for 4 years. Her local knowledge is indispensable and, having studied the history of northern Italy, she prides herself on her ability to bring it alive for the students.

Paddy Beattie – Platja d'Aro
Paddy has been involved with Pavilion for many years, first coming to us as a school Party Leader in 1992! He has worked for us seasonally since '94 and has been full-time Resort Manager for 8 years. Having lived in Spain since 2000, Paddy’s resort knowledge is second-to none and he is exceedingly popular with students and teachers alike.
