We fully recognise the demands in time and responsibility you experience when preparing your tour, our aim is to help shoulder as much of the burden as possible and provide assistance wherever we can. Our team, who are as expert in customer care as they are in working with our groups in resort will answer your calls to our office.
Party Leader Responsibilities
In signing the Booking Form, the Party Leader
also accepts responsibility for the good conduct of
all party members during the tour. At least one
responsible adult must be on duty at all times to
ensure that group members' behaviour is
acceptable and safety is not put at risk.
Party Leader Family Concessions
STS Pavilion Tours offers special travel
concessions to enable Party Leaders to travel with
their families. Further details can be obtained by
contacting our office.
Adventure Tours Safe practice
We take great pride in ensuring that the best balance of safety, personal development and enjoyment are achieved on all our programmes. Our instructors adhere to UK National Governing Body guidelines on safe practice and tailor our activities to each group’s ages and abilities. To assist you with your risk management and tour preparation, we recommend Adventure Activity Centres: Five Steps to Risk Assessment published by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Safe Practice in Physical Education published by British Association of Advisors and Lecturers in Physical Education (BAALPE). Tutors & Resort Staff Tutors are hired after consultation with Party Leaders so
that workshop requirements have been clearly defined.
Tutor qualifications and references are vetted, and CRB
requirements are attended to. Details of tutor names and
qualifications can normally be provided one month in
advance of departure. Please bear in mind that changes
do occasionally take place, but you will be notified as
soon as possible, and any replacement will be suitably
qualified. All STS Pavilion staff and tutors are aware of
the company’s Child Protection Policy. For centres that are operated by Pavilion, our staff are recruited by our head office management team in accordance with the company’s recruitment policy. | Party Leader Login To enter this secure area, you will need a Booking reference and password. Insurance STS is an Appointed Representative of ITC Compliance which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Demands and Needs Our travel insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual, or group (where applicable) who have no excluded pre-existing medical conditions, are travelling to countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against the unforeseen events detailed in the cover section. Subject to terms and conditions and maximum specified claim limits. IMPORTANT - You may already possess alternative insurance(s) for some or all of the features and benefits provided by this product; it is your responsibility to investigate this. We will not provide you with advice about the suitability of this product for your individual needs but we will be happy to provide you with factual information to assist you in making an informed buying decision. |
| Inspection Visits STS Pavilion Tours are conscious of the pressure on Group Leaders and Educational Visit Coordinators (EVCs) to produce risk assessments for all school travel. To assist in this task, we would encourage you to carry out an inspection visit of the resort.
