We will issue you with a tailor-made price quote within 24 hours, (it can be up to 48 hours for all destinations featured out of Europe) detailing everything that is included in your tour package and clearly indicating any optional extras.

We can make a provisional reservation and hold it for six weeks without obligation giving plenty of time to obtain approval to travel from the necessary management and authorities and collect first deposits.

When you have collected all deposits you will be ready to book. We will need a single payment cheque (payable to Pavilion Tours), a signed and completed Air Booking Form or Coach Booking Form and a completed Names List (Air / Coach) to confirm your provisional booking.
