We have two terrific resorts to choose from Platja d'Aro - always a popular choice with our groups and its sister resort of Calella which is ideally situated for visiting the exciting City of Barcelona.
Calella
Calella is just 50km from Barcelona making it an ideal choice for groups who want to combine a beach location with a visit to the city. This well established coastal resort has clean sandy beaches, excellent beachfront facilities and is very child friendly. The old town of Calella has a traditional atmosphere with its old buildings, narrow streets and tapas bars. Hockey and rugby groups are particularly well catered for here with easy access to Barcelona and its sporting clubs and facilities.

Platja d'Aro
As the longest and most established school operator using Platja d'Aro we have formed excellent relationships with local hotels, sports clubs and attractions. STS Pavilion Tours is extremely well known in this resort and all of our groups receive a warm welcome from the hoteliers and local staff. We can arrange a wide variety of fixtures for different sports against local teams.

Both these tour destinations include visits to the Nou Camp Stadium, home of the magnificent Barcelona Football Club. The Stadium truly is one of the world’s greatest sporting venues, during the visit groups experience a full 'behind the scenes' tour which includes the press box, changing rooms and museum.

This modern hotel offers a good standard of accommodation close to the beach and town centre. This property has been dealing with school groups for many years and has proved to be consistently popular. There is a swimming pool and sun terrace and all rooms have satellite TV and private facilities. 
This hotel has a great location along the main beach of Platja d'Aro and most evening entertainments are only a short walk away. Our groups sleep in 3-4 bedded rooms with many rooms overlooking either the beach or the pool.
