About STS Pavilion Tours

STS Pavilion is a specialist tours for schools programme - offering an exciting mix of education, activity and adventure. STS Pavilion tours covers four key areas -

Sports - Coaching, teamwork and competitive fixtures for School teams combined with exciting European destinations to give a sporting experience of a lifetime.

Adventure - A truly exciting and rewarding experience, offering a wide range of activities across Watersports and Alpine Adventure.

Performing Arts - Working with international top-class tutors across a range of disciplines from Dance and Drama throught to Media and Film Studies.

Geography- From settlements, to living with danger, to plate tectonics and vulcanology; from rivers and glaciation to colonisation and erosion, just about every geographical topic can be studied at our selection of geography resorts.

Your Financial Protection
The DCSF (Department for Children, School and Families) recommends that Party Leaders should ensure they obtain evidence that suitable arrangements are in place to protect the school and parents in case of financial failure. When you book with STS Pavilion financial security is part of the package.

Air Tours
The air tours in our programme are protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). This is done through our ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) which is granted to us by the CAA. Our ATOL number is ATOL 5259. ATOL protects you from losing your money or being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks on the tour operators and travel organisers it licenses, and requiring a financial guarantee called a bond, which is lodged with the CAA. If a tour operator goes out of business, the CAA will make a refund to you, or if you're abroad, we'll arrange for you to finish your holiday and fly home. STS Pavilion is also accredited by IATA membership, (International Air Travel Association) and our IATA number is 9127495.

ABTA
We are members of ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) and our membership number is W0798. As such we are regulated by ABTA and we do our utmost to act at all times in accordance with the ABTA Code of Conduct. School Visits
Our well travelled and knowledgeable Travel Advisers are available to visit your school, to discuss your travel requirements in detail and provide ongoing help and support

Support Material
We provide information packs for all STS Pavilion tour destinations, containing useful information to help plan your tour. We can supply publicity material including powerpoint presentations for our most popular destinations and a colourful poster to help with the promotion of your tour. Savings cards are also available if required.

Our office at One Jubilee Street, Brighton, is open from: 9am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.
