We at Pavilion pride ourselves on the knowledge and experience of our staff, our flexibility and attention to detail to tailor each tour to suit your specific requirements. One of the many reasons that so many schools book with us year after year, is the personalised, friendly service that they receive from our experienced team.

Meet the Team
Pavilion Tours operates from our head office in Brighton. Alongside our experienced Product Managers, Darren, Charlotte and Alex, Pavilion also has account managers based in our Brighton office and out on the road. Our well travelled and knowledgeable account managers are on hand to discuss you travel requirements in detail and provide on-going support and help, such as attending your parent’s evenings.

Pavilion's History
Pavilion Tours was founded in the spring of 1993 to provide activity tours abroad for schools, colleges and youth groups. In April 2006 Pavilion Tours joined the "School Travel Group" a specialist schools tour operator based in Brighton. This amalgamation will enable us to expand, gain better expertise and offer you a wider choice of travel.

School Visits
Our well travelled and knowledgeable Travel Advisers are available to visit your school, to discuss your travel requirements in detail and provide ongoing help and support

Support Material
We provide information packs for all Pavilion tour destinations, containing useful information to help plan your tour. We can supply publicity material including powerpoint presentations for our most popular destinations and a colourful poster to help with the promotion of your tour. Savings cards are also available if required.

Office Hours
Our office at One Jubilee Street, Brighton, is open from: 9am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.

The Complete Service
With full ABTA and ATOL credentials and IATA membership, Pavilion remains a small, friendly, service-orientated company. We provide full support for our group leaders during the preparatory stages of their tour, keep a very close eye on quality of service when groups are abroad and obtain as much feedback as possible afterwards in order to monitor our performance.
