Squad sizes
When planning your tour it is important to prepare a full squad rather than a team of five.
This will avoid disappointing your hosts through late fixture cancellations should a key team member fall ill or sustain an injury.
The recommended minimum squad size is Fifteen.
Steeped in history & rich in culture, quite simply a unforgettable destination

This fantastic country is ideal for sporting tours combining high-quality training sessions and competitive fixtures with the opportunity to experience some of the worlds most spectacular scenery and wildlife.
We feel that the cultural element of a tour is just as important as the sport and so all our trips enable groups to see and experience their chosen destination. On these tours groups have the opportunity to visit world famous places including Capetown, Table Mountain and Robben Island as well as enjoy the wonders of the beautiful Garden Route.
