We specialise in European tailor-made tours, training camps and hospitality for hockey teams. Each itinerary includes the very best available sports facilities in locations that boast a strong hockey legacy. Between sessions, STS Pavilion groups are regularly seen visiting professional sports venues such as the Stade de France in Paris and Olympic park in Barcelona. Our winning sports formula is balanced with a programme of organised evening entertainment activities and optional excursions each day. We also include training facilities to help with acclimatisation.

Friendly fixtures are organised against opposition drawn from local junior clubs. Immense care is taken not only to accurately assess your team's ability and objectives, but also to ensure that opposition standards correspond. A qualified match official is always provided and every player receives a tour medal.

This is a vital part of all international tours and we always aim to ensure you enjoy the company of your host team after each game. An exchange of souvenirs and the accompanying camaraderie will ensure that you return not only with tour medals, but with magical memories to last a lifetime. Please note we can only offer boys' hockey in Malta (not girls' hockey) and opposition is against local schools.

Training Camps

If you prefer to work on team strategies and skill development, our flexible training itineraries are the perfect solution.
We provide the facilities while you prepare and coach your team. Of course the services of a qualified hockey instructor can also be arranged. Many schools organise training camps during their summer activity weeks.

STS Pavilion Hockey Destinations

Team sizes
When planning your tour it is important to prepare a full team rather than a team of five. This will avoid disappointing your hosts through late fixture cancellations should a key team member fall ill or sustain an injury.
The recommended minimum team size is Fifteen.

Surfaces

Matches are played on astroturf or good quality grass pitches depending on your chosen destination, event and time of year. We will ensure that you receive full details well in advance of departure to enable you to pack the correct kit and prepare your team.
